WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for early childhood education and child development, along with strong communication and collaboration skills. Candidates should be able to maintain a positive, respectful attitude with children, families, and coworkers, and demonstrate a commitment to professionalism and continuous learning. Experience in a licensed childcare setting is a plus, but not required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and maintain a nurturing, engaging classroom environment.

Plan and implement daily lessons aligned with SC Early Learning Standards.

Observe, track, and document each child’s developmental progress.

Communicate consistently with families through daily updates and check-ins.

Follow all DSS and CACFP regulations to ensure program compliance.

Supervise and actively engage children during indoor and outdoor play.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space.

Participate in ongoing professional development and required trainings.

Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers and staff members.
